I’m a certified life coach with a background in psychology, a passion for wellbeing and fitness, and a strong belief in a holistic approach to life.


For a long time, I focused my attention and energy on a path I thought I should be on, looking to things outside of myself for a sense of fulfilment. Yet this left me feeling disconnected from who I really was, unsure where to go next, stuck in negative thought patterns and increasingly fed up as a result.


Real change began when I started looking inward at my confidence, mindset and the beliefs I held about myself. As those things began to shift, everything else started to change too: my work, my relationships and the opportunities I began to see for myself.


Now I help others rethink the patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back, rebuild confidence and self-trust, and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
